Just a short note to pass on our thanks for all your help and advice. We are very grateful for the excellent service and support you have provided thought the whole process. The solicitor has also been great, as you know we completed a few days ago and fly out on Friday to pick-up the keys.
The setup at the resort is very good, we managed to get into our place on our last visit to have a look when the builders were having lunch. The position of ours is fantastic, great views, not boxed in, I can watch the golfers from the sun terrace. I like the colour they’ve painted ours too, the mixture of red and cream looks good. I think it’s a good long term investment and our plan currently is to down size in the UK when the kids are older and we can then use it more, if I sold it Vanessa wouldn’t be happy at all !
Thanks to you Peter we’ve bought into a really nice development, the location is great, and the whole resort is being built to a good standard, so we are very pleased with it. Anyway, when we are over there, we will meet up for a chat, as well as play some golf of course.

I am writing to put on record the excellent services I received from your company in relation to the purchasing of an apartment in Costa Esuri, Spain last year.
Having discussed our requirements with your agent Kieran O'Reilly, prior to our visit, it was refreshing to be shown apartments that fitted our specification exactly. So often is the case in the UK that perspective property buyers are shown a range of properties which are not suitable for their requirements and waste, as a consequence, a lot of valuable time.
The service we received from Kieran was tremendous, not only did he find for us the property of our dreams, but assisted in organising amenities, translating, and generally facilitating the Spanish property purchasing process. There was absolutely no pressure (a worry people purchasing abroad)and everything was laid back. Basically the location and property sold itself. The whole service was informative and efficient.
