The main house has five bedrooms comprising three double and two single, there are three bathrooms, two of which are ensuite. A large lounge/dining room with log burner and a large fitted kitchen/breakfast room. There is a patio area at front and rear, with fly screens fitted. The lounge, bedrooms and kitchen all have air conditioning.

The private swimming pool is 6 meters by 4 meters. The total plot size is almost 3,000  containing olive trees, orange, lemon, plum and grapefruit. The rear of the garden is laid to grass. There is also a tool shed and utility room.

The guest annex has a double bedroom, shower room and lounge with American stype open plan kitchen and has Air conditionaing and a large patio

Although in a rural location, it is approximatly 5km to the local village, it is not isolated.
 
Approximatly one hour to Portugal (Faro airport) and 40 mins to Seville. Near by golf courses, country walks and beautiful sandy beaches are within 30 mins drive.
