Three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and WC. Accomodates upto eight plus cots. The house is situated in the stunning development of Green Four on the prestigious Nuevo Portil Golf Resort. Our house is accessed via private gates and has allocated underground secure parking.

The house is furnished to a high standard throughout including a fully equipped modern kitchen and ceiling fans. The rear terraces have beautiful views across the swimming pool, private gardens and golf course making an ideal spot for al fresco dining by night.

The pool is located at the centre of the community and a lifeguard is in attendance during summer months there is also a padel tennis court for the use of guests.

The location is suitable for families, golfers, cyclists or those seeking a relaxing break in the sun. Nuevo Portil Golf Resort has 2 luxury hotels, one with a spa that can be utilised by non residents.

Nuevo Portil has shopping areas close to the beach and another in the fishing village of El Rompido, 5 minutes by car. All these commercial areas contain a wealth of bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, chemists and supermarkets.

First Floor –

 Terraces -                           

• Shaded ground floor terrace with large table and chairs for alfresco dining with access to the communal gardens and swimming pool. There are also 2 further spacious terraces on 1^st and 2^nd floors making plenty of space for private sun bathing and relaxing on the provided sun beds. The ground floor terrace has a fence/gate ensuring that children can not wander into the swimming pool area.
