The house which sleeps 6+ is situated in the Los Enebros urbanisation at El Rompido. Benefiting from a large well run communal pool and just 3 minutes walk from the local beach. El Rompido with its safe warm waters  is a beachlovers paradise. The abundance of restaurants, acfes  and ice cream shops make this an ideal holiday resort. The property has a large spacious living area with a sun terrace over looking the front garden. There is a downstairs WC and a fully fitted modern kitchen. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and another bathroom. The basement has been converted into a large open area perfect for a children’s play area and sleeping facilities for two more. Although the house is fully fitted with air conditioning it is still cool in summer because of it’s closeness to the beach. The communal pools and gardens are located only 20 metres away from the house and have ample space for picnics and barbeques.

(Please note: the pool is open between mid-June to mid September with a lifeguard in attendance to comply with new Spanish safety regulations)
