Villa Lola is a substantial country house located in a quiet and private area of natural beauty in the Gibraleon countryside. It is only five minutes drive to the village and the same to the Sevilla -  Portugal highway.

The property is a few hundred metres off the road along a good track that does not flood and has no soft sand. There is a wood burner fireplace in the living room. Firewood can be collected from the forest or bought in from local sources.

The main house kitchen has an external door leading to the small orchard and vegetable garden.

The guest house was converted from storage buildings in 2006 and has insulation in the walls and ceilings. Broadband internet is available through a 4G connection using the Telefonica system.

The stables have capacity for two horses with two stalls and a tack room that could be converted to house a third horse, each of which open onto an enclosed stable yard. There is electric and water supply to the stables. There is an area suitable for use as a riding area, while the lower part of the plot is good grazing land. The entire property is enclosed by fence, there are also internal fences and gates.

There are large, tiled terrace spaces around the swimming pool and a pool house with lockable storage room. Perfect area for fiestas! Most of the land on the west side is left to nature and is managed by grazing, more than 100 species of birds have been seen in or from the garden and a wildlife pond.

 

This finca is approximately 5 kilometres from the market town of Gibraleon with easy access to Cartaya, Aljaraque and San Bartolome del la Torre all of which have banks, post offices, supermarkets, doctors, restaurants, car repair garages etc.

The countryside is largely unfenced with virtually unlimited opportunities for riding.

The nearest city is Huelva, just under 20 km by road, which has an outstanding municipal food market as well as hospitals and all other amenities.

The road through Cartaya leads to the beach El Rompido and El Portil, about 20 km away, there are several Marinas.

The nearest airports are Sevilla or Faro, both are approximately 1 hour drive.
